Ingredients:
Instructions: How To Make :-
Wash and pat dry the Bhindi with a cloth. ( Drying with cloth helps to get rid of the small thorny things on the top of the Bhindi)
Mix well.
Now heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the Bhindi.
Take the fried Bhindi out on a dish lined with kitchen towels to get rid of the excess oil.
Sprinkle some Chaat Masala.
- Bhindi ( Lady Finger ) 250 grams
- Mango Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat Masala 1/2 tea spoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Besan 4 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil for frying

- Cut the heads off the Bhindi
- Slit the Bhindi ( Lady Finger) length wise
- Take a mixing bowl and put the Bhindi in it.
- Add the Mango Powder
- Add the Red Chili Powder
- Add the Salt
- Add the Besan
- Add the lime juice
Mix well.
Now heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the Bhindi.
Take the fried Bhindi out on a dish lined with kitchen towels to get rid of the excess oil.
Sprinkle some Chaat Masala.
