Methods/steps :
1. Grind the rice coarsly. ( we do not need a powder) it
should be very coarse.
2. Take a thick bottomed sauce pan and heat the milk.
3. Add the ground rice.
4. Stir and cook until the rice pieces become soft.
5. Add the saffron strands in the suace pan.
6. Sprinkle the cardamom powder as well.
- 1. Rice 1/2 cup
- 2. Milk (Full Cream) 1 Litre
- 3. Sugar 3/4 Cup
- 4. Choti Elayich Powder ( Green Cardamom Powder)
- 5. Saffron Strands
